If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, certain health or personal care items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
Approve your refund if the product meets the return criteria.
Process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
If you prefer, we can exchange your returned product for another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
